You start a debate club with friends. A refusal needs a real reason, not just 'no'.
What it means
- This covers clubs, societies, unions and student groups.
- Schools can set neutral rules (rooms, timings, supervision) but cannot ban a group for its opinions.
- You also have the right not to join a group.
